• Violate TRAI or telecom regulations
• Harass, threaten, or mislead end users
• Abuse or overload the platform

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

6. AI & Automation Disclaimer

• AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate
• Hyphrki does not guarantee results or outcomes
• You are solely responsible for how AI outputs are used

7. Call Consent & Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring:

• Proper consent from call recipients
• Compliance with all applicable telecom and privacy laws

Hyphrki is not liable for misuse.

8. Payments, Credits & Billing

• Payments are processed via Razorpay
• Services operate on a credit-based model
• Taxes (including GST) may apply

9. Refund Policy

10. API Usage

• API usage is subject to rate limits

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
